No – Mynd Essentials is designed for a one-on-one connection, meaning one headset to one tablet. We also recommend not trying to use two separate systems within 150 feet of each other as there is a risk the tablets compete for control of the headset. If you would like to use more than one system at once, please contact Mynd Technical support about upgrading to Mynd Plus.

Typically, once both devices are powered on and showing their respective landing pages, your glasses will show up on the tablet screen in under 5 seconds. Once your glasses are connected, you will be able to switch between videos seamlessly.

Restart both devices (see below) If the headset fails to connect after restart, please contact Mynd technical support.

The small circular button above the left eye of the glasses is the restart button. To restart the glasses, hold this button down for about 10-15 seconds. You will see a screen appear with several options, but just keep holding the button down until the screen goes black. Once the screen goes completely black, you can let go, and the glasses will restart.

The power button is the smaller button next to the volume control on the upper right of the tablet. Hold the power button down for 3 seconds and a popup window will appear with several options including power down or restart. Press the Restart button.
